Our beef is 100% Irish, sourced from cattle raised on lush, green pastures across Ulster. The partnership with Foyle Food Group Omagh, a family-run business with over four decades of expertise in beef processing, ensures consistency and quality at every step. Foyle’s stringent grading system and state-of-the-art facilities contribute to beef that is richly marbled, deeply flavoured, and expertly matured for tenderness.
From E&B O’Donnell Ltd Letterkenny, we source beef that has been hand-selected by experienced local traders who understand the demands of discerning Donegal customers. Their focus on local livestock and time-honoured methods of selection means we can offer meat that has both regional character and superior taste.

Easy Meal Ideas with Irish Beef
Classic Beef Stew
Ingredients: 500g diced beef, carrots, onions, celery, potatoes, beef stock, bay leaves, thyme
Brown beef, sauté vegetables, add stock and herbs. Simmer for 2–3 hours until tender. Serve with crusty bread.
Striploin Steak with Garlic Butter
Ingredients: Striploin steak, garlic, butter, rosemary, salt and pepper
Season steak, sear on a hot pan 3–4 minutes each side. Rest and serve with garlic rosemary butter and mash.
Beef Mince Tacos
Ingredients: 500g minced beef, taco seasoning, tortilla wraps, lettuce, tomato, cheese
Cook mince with seasoning, fill wraps, top with fresh veg and grated cheese. A quick and family-friendly dinner.
